Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of this chat application ("the Application"). By accessing the Application you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

The Application lets you:

• Chat with various Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Save and revisit past conversations
• Run a "consensus" chat with several models at once
• Upload files and attach them to a session

3. Credit System

The Application is free to use but operates on an internal credit system. Credits are granted by the operator (for example on sign-up or during promotions) and are deducted whenever you send a message to the models. Once your credits are exhausted you will have to wait for the next refill or obtain additional credits as announced within the Application. No payment information or API keys are required from you.

4. Registration & Account

Registration is required:

• Accounts are created via Supabase Auth.
• Provide accurate information during sign-up.
• You may only create one account.
• Do not share your login credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You must NOT use the Application to:

• Perform illegal activities
• Distribute hateful, discriminatory or offensive content
• Attempt to damage or disrupt the service
• Cause excessive load that harms performance
• Violate copyrights or other third-party rights

6. Data & Storage

• Chats are stored in a Supabase database.
• You can delete your data at any time.
• See the separate Privacy Notice for details.

7. Availability

The operator aims for high availability but offers no guarantee. Maintenance and external outages can occur.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• No liability for AI-generated content
• No liability for data loss or service outages
• No liability for damages caused by improper use

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. The operator may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be announced. Continued use after a change implies acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If any provision is held to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
